Flugtickets kaufen Pegasus Airlines

Check- in in Vienna took longer than 1 and a half hours! Personal very disorganized and not effective. Airline sold tickets twice, again very bad organization. We had to wait in the gate for 1 and a half hours and SITTING INSIDE THE PLANE FOR TWO AND A HALF HOURS!! Since all tickets were twice sold, when I reached the flight attendant because someone was already sitting on my seat, she wasn`t able to speak a word of English. Communication was impossible! After one and a half hours sitting in the plane, even tried to ask and find out why were we still there and again, no one from crew could give me a proper answer since Turkish was the only language that was spoken. Service was very bad and the attention even worst. In Istanbul we had again more than an hour delay. I had to be re-checked because my sit number was already assigned to someone else, again. The flight back from Beirut to Istanbul presented the same inconveniences, check-in process took more than an hour. Very disappointing! Please take this feedback into consideration.

A reputable company and good but there are some Altejer trips.
