LOT ist eine ganz unprofessionelle Firma. Man kann mint denen kein Kontakt aufnehmen...auf Anruf reagieren sie nicht, Email Adresse wo man die erreichen kann haben die nicht. Die tun einfach ein Ticket stornieren ohne bescheid zu geben. Ich warte seit 4 Monaten auf eine Antwort...und auf meinem Geld, aber kommt nichts. Wie sie die Gäste behandeln ist einfach katastrophe. Bin sehr sehr enttäuscht!!!
