Die von mir sehr negativ ausgefallene Bewertung der British Airways gehört eigentlich der Aer Lingus. In Dublin wurde der gebuchte British Airways Flug plötzlich zum Aer Lingus Flug was mit massiven Problemen in weiterer Folge zu tun hatte. Die BA Flüge werden in Dublin vom Terminal 1 abgefertigt - Aer Lingus allerdings vom Terminal 2 sohin sinnloses Herumlaufen am Flughafen !!! Dann Menschenmassen beim Check in man hatte von 10 Schaltern für `alle` Aer Lingus Flüge immerhin 6 offen - Wartezeit betrug 1,35 Stunde. Online Check In war nicht möglich da die Flugnummer von BA auf Aer Lingus geändert wurde und ein Online Check in sohin nicht möglich war. Auch ein gegenseitiges Aushelfen z.B. vom Buisness Schalter (2 Personen) welche sich sichtlich fadisierten erfolgte nicht - Nein es wurden auch nicht mehr Schalter geöffnet. Danach Hetzen zum Gate da Boardingschluss lt.Ticket um 11.30 Uhr (Abflug 11:55) und was geschah dann - die Maschine kam erst um 11:35 zum Gate und wurde im Schnellverfahren entleert/gefüllt und das Boarding begann letztlich um 12:20 Uhr Es handelte sich um eine British Airways Maschine welche über ganz tolle Platzverhältnisse verfügte und auch der Flug war sehr angenehm und gut. Das Speisenanbot (vieles war schon aus) beschränkte sich auf nur mehr 2 Möglichkeiten.
